I am a seasoned Wellness Coach, Educator and Fitness Instructor with over 30 years of experience in the health care, fitness and wellness fields, dedicated to empowering others. With a Master’s degree in Public Administration and numerous certifications including as a wellness and life coach, meditation guide, Reiki healer, and most recently Positive Psychology Practitioner, I channel my strengths in positivity, problem-solving, and mindfulness into my work. I am a passionate activist for equity and a devoted teacher in my community, guiding others on their wellness journeys. I revel in the opportunities I am grateful to have teaching and leading groups and classes both in person and online. My love and dedication to life-long learning fuels my spirit, while my commitment to resilience has enabled me to transform major life challenges into opportunities.
