Jodi is a seasoned Wellness Coach, Educator and Fitness Instructor with over 30 years of experience in the health care, fitness and wellness fields, dedicated to empowering others. With a Master’s degree in Public Administration and numerous certifications including as a wellness and life coach, meditation guide, Reiki healer, and most recently Positive Psychology Practitioner, she channels her strengths in positivity, problem-solving, and mindfulness into her work. She is a passionate activist for equity and a devoted teacher in her community, guiding others on their wellness journeys. She revels in the opportunities she has teaching and leading groups and classes both in person and online. Her love and dedication to life-long learning fuels her spirit, while her commitment to resilience has enabled her to transform major life challenges into opportunities.
