With over 30 years of experience in health care, fitness, and wellness, I specialize in empowering individuals and organizations to live healthier, more fulfilling lives through education and practical tools. Jodi is a seasoned Wellness Coach, Educator, and Fitness Instructor with over 30 years of experience in healthcare, fitness, and wellness. Dedicated to empowering others, she combines her extensive knowledge with a heart-centered approach to guide individuals toward holistic well-being.
With a Master’s degree in Public Administration and certifications as a Positive Psychology Practitioner and Educator, Jodi also holds credentials as a wellness and life coach, fitness instructor, meditation guide, and Level II Reiki healer. Drawing from these diverse qualifications, she channels her strengths in positivity, problem-solving, and mindfulness to help clients create lasting, positive change.
A passionate advocate for equity, Jodi is deeply committed to teaching and serving her community, both in-person and online.
